This was a blessing to read. This talent for soulfulness has always been strong in you, and a true magnet to those you have come in contact. But now, your settled, your breathing. I would love to hear what this does to the performer in you, the artist.

So, we met approximately a "gaflarg" ago (the distance of time go back to 1982). Seems like only yesterday. My, how gaflarges and gaborches fly.

. . . and it was rainy out. Imagine the number of crib notes you might have written in an umbrella.

When I took the real estate exam they prohibited bringing in bottles or cans of liquid refreshment, for fear that they would spill on the test material.

I *heart* your roommate.

For a number of reasons, usually. But at the moment, the vast majority of them are political.

Like I said when last we spoke of this noise, screw cracker nation.

I'm reading a wonderful story about the goings on in Miami and Chicago in August 1968. The wingnuts of the time were no less rabid in their efforts to marginalize an already unimpressive HHH in his bid for the presidency against Tricky Dicky than they are today with BarryO. At the time the radical right did not have FoxNews to do the twist truth, but they didn't need it; they had J. Edgar Hoover, and the unrelenting media speculation of unprovable RFK/MLK assassination conspiracies.

The whole world is watching!

Sadly... I was a deprived child. Neither of my grandma's was a "pie gramma" (at least by the time I met up with them). But someday -- and this is a vow I make here and now -- I will BE the pie gramma, dammit!!!

(Do grammas say, "Dammit"? Probably... if they scorch the crust on the pie, huh...)
